Health Policy

Pre-pandemic, Stewart Music Studio has always had a Health Policy and we will continue to have one after. Our policy is based on the mentality if one student gets sick it means one student does not receive a lesson for that week (or is done virtually, if possible). On the other hand, if a teacher gets sick 40-70 students don’t receive lessons for that week. It is important for everyone in our studio to follow our health policy so everyone can continue to progress and receive consistent instruction. If your student exhibits any of the symptoms listed below then lessons need to be taken virtually or cancelled:

1.   Fever

2.   Throwing up

3.   Strep throat

4.   On antibiotics/antivirals for less than 48 hours

5.   Too sick to go to school

6.   Mononucleosis

7.   Pneumonia

8.   Bronchitis

9.   Strong cough or cold

10. Flu
